Creating, managing and producing Buy Caribbean Best of the Bunch for a decade at Notting Hill Carnival using innovative ‘edutainment’ funded by Arts Council England: Sound trucks & costumes made by Notting Hill children & adults, with music, MCs, video, direct marketing, press & publicity.
In Trinidad, working with Brian Mac Farlane on ambitious large-scale wearable carnival kings and carnival queens and section costumes for carnivalists, playing iron percussion and producing a fire show at carnival with the awesome Laventille Rhythm Section. Creating dance music band Engine Room UK, and working with a UK brand promotions agency in the UK on scores of creative brand activations including creating the oratorical Midnight Robber Emperor Mort Bleu for Caribbean drinks company Angostura.
